I also thought that this fine was a bit harsh until I heard a little blurb on radio commenting on this article saying this was "an obnoxious, vocally loud, gaping yawn" for which the judge "spanked her near to contempt, right where it hurt, in the wallet!" Take heed-no loud yawning in court...:-)) Cheers!
