I've been called for jury service twice. I think it's a good idea to let potential jurors choose which cases they sit on. Totally impractical for the Courts, of course. Fraud cases would be devoid of potential jurors, whereas salacious cases would be inundated with them. Sadly, I can't see our Parliament and House of Lords allowing such a reform. Spoilsports.
