Starting today we can begin living without the 'can't live withouts' and bit by bit rid ourselves of many hazards these 'studies' reveal. for instance, how many of you are leaving behind the disaster called our 'diet?' Proper food alone would solve a large portion of our maladies! Natural pest riddance is another way of controlling.

I see no need to go on- most of what I can suggest is old news, I may only speak for myself, but except for hair and teeth loss, I am in really good health for 64-good skin-hardly ever sick, or even colds-think nothing of an 100 mile bicycle ride (little sore in the butt!) lots of energy, do not tire easily-just some of the benefits of proper food, consisting of at least 60-70% raw, and lots of exercise. Try it for a while, you will be pleasantly surprised!!
