I think Pete is right and I hope they don't criminalise it Merc. In the end it is the smokers responsibility. The choice is there but like Ian I would take umbrage if anyone told me to butt out my fag. I don't know if there is any records kept on cigarette smoker’s health 30 or 40 years ago but I do know that no one worried about health problems because there wasn't any. The best line was "it'll stunt your growth" I also know that not many people complained about being in a smoker's environment. It irritated a few but they were definitely in the minority. Now-a-days everyone complains. Why is that ... is it in the filters?

As I remarked about my neighbour, it didn't effect his years although I'm not so sure about his quality of life. Maybe he suffered from a loss of wind like I do. Like all drugs of addiction I wonder what I am going to replace it with. Any suggestions?
