I often wonder whether anyone ever stops to think of the problems experienced by, say, asthmatics who have to inhale other people's smoke, which can provoke an asthma attack. An asthma attack is a most charming experience: a prolonged struggle to breathe, which places enormous strain on one's cardio-vascular system; combined with what I can only describe as a terrible feeling that your lungs are being eaten away by dripping acid, like something out of "Alien".

But Heaven forbid that considerations of this nature should put anyone off enjoying a soothing ciggie ...
