have u tried meditations ,chakra work seems to me your hand chakras r open...

i personally dont use reiki or even heard of it...so i cant comment on that....

im surprised u didnt learn this earilier but so much is lost already its not surprising...

everyone can do healing,magick,etc....the original roots r from Egypt....sun disk on gods heads---8th chakra etc...

this will give u some control of urself/energy,,,,some people are jus natrually open like that somtimes....research hand chakras u'll find many people do the same as u....
