Some of that is not that weird (well to me anyway). I've done both Reiki and Tai Chi in the past, but I had felt energy long before that. I can still build a field up between my hands but I tend not to use it anymore.

Its not really Reiki you are talking about as thats really specific chanelling of energy down into youself and then into your dantien and back out through your hands, and specifically after tuning with the symbols. I chose not to take Reiki any further though as I'm distrustful of 'free' energy being relocated like that. Stick with your natural energy and use meditation to stabilise yourself would be my advice. Its nothing to be worried about but people do go through what you are and jump headfirst into new age stuff and get lost.
