So any problem might be caused by the choice of words used to describle the object, rather than by anything on the surface of the object itself.
(There are, as we know, other even older carvings (i.e., artistic depictions) in other parts of the world, e.g.
from Norway and (er ... )
this one from Turkey - not to mention
this one from Gobekli Tepe.
And the Venus of Lespugue, and various forms of cave art, etc. etc. etc. etc. )
