Just a note here, the reason I designed this website was because there was not one single reference to this online, anywhere.

I should have put in some spelling errors to see if in fact it is my site that has been copied.

Just for a reference I have full approval from David to post anything I would like from his many books, so don't worry about copyright infringement.
