The only way to do is to propose a nowhere found "phantom layer" of easy to dissolve stone right on top of the nowadays visible layers (large enough to build 3 pyramids from it). Or some magic trick to strip down the rocks to the basic components. Or the stones were simply quarried and built in as quaried :-)
Well, I await the explanation of the magic trick. Maybe it is good enough to sell it to the house demoliting industrie?
