Oppenheimer didn't say what you claim he did, he admitted later to thinking of this quote from the Bhagavad Gita "Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds", and this one from the same text "If the radiance of a thousand suns were to burst at once into the sky, that would be like the splendor of the mighty one"
but he didn't say anything about it not being the first time, he's actually quoted as saying "it worked", nothing more
