Yes, my comments on the updated FOG are largely invalidated by the presence of this correction in the introduction.

In defence of my making them, I did actively look for such a correction - in the index, at the relevant section in the main text and I think also in the corresponding notes. If I missed it, someone else might easily do so: it's not unknown for readers to skip a preface or introduction. The text IMO retains some potential to mislead.

My comments on the reprinted (but unrevised) KOG stand. GH and RB keep ignoring the fact that I was talking about more than one of their books.</HTML>
