I don't know about the software, but many of Sellers' ideas are incorrect and/or outdated. Her book was discussed a couple of years ago on the EEF list, and most Egyptologists felt her material was outdated. Her book was written about ten years after about fifteen years of research. In discussions with her, I found that she was unfamiliar with some basic Egyptological texts, which she ought to have used but apparently did not.
