I usually use the center of the pyramid base on Google Earth, but some people on this board had complained regarding the apex position. Well I repeat that in this as in the previous cases I did not use Google Earth to make any computations - they are straight from Petrie's survey. I used these angles in Starry Night Pro to come up with the specific dates. The depiction is simply for visualization purposes - so it could look nice. The important thing is the angle - and I have included it in the pic.
Petrie survey: tan^-1(13931.6"/13165.8") + (– 3' 43" – 5' 26")/2 = 46.54256 degrees
