From wiki we read about the Jewish calendar and about when the world was created according to the Old Testament:

“The Jewish calendar's epoch (reference date), 1 Tishrei 1 AM, is equivalent to Monday, 7 October 3761 BCE in the proleptic Julian calendar, the equivalent tabular date (same daylight period) and is about one year before the traditional Jewish date of Creation on 25 Elul AM 1, based upon the Seder Olam Rabbah of Rabbi Yossi ben Halafta, a 2nd century CE sage.[24] Thus, adding 3760 before Rosh Hashanah or 3761 after to a Julian or Gregorian year number after 1 CE will yield the Hebrew year. For earlier years there may be a discrepancy (see: Missing years (Jewish calendar)).”

On the other hand: “Zep Tepi ("First Time") is a period in Ancient Egyptian beliefs. It is the mythological golden age when the gods lived amongst humanity together with half-divine offspring of gods and humans.”

I think a lot of Hebrew beliefs originated from Egypt – through Moses.

In David Wengrow’s book “The Archeology of Early Egypt” we read in page 78 regarding Hierakonpolis:

“…A conflagration in the same area preserved what is still the most fully documented example of a permanent domestic dwelling from predynastic Egypt, dating to Naqada IB-C (c.3700 BC;Hoffman et al. 1982:10-13, 138, fig. 6.4; Hoffman 1980). Its surviving features include a rectangular subterranean depression (c. 4 x 3.5 m) with traces of mud-brick preserved near the entrance.”

Although the garden of Eden is considered by many be in Mesopotamia , we should also consider Egypt – the Nile valley. Above we notice a relation between the creation date of 3761 BC and the symbolic creation of civilization at Hierakonpolis at about 3700 BC. Of course the Naqada I-IIB period dates from 4000 to 3650 CB, so it is not restricted to a 3761 BC date, but none the less let’s take an astronomic look at this period – at this particular site.

As one can see below, based on my software at 3775 BC the maximum altitude of the central Orion belt star – Alnilam is exactly 43.44 degrees. This is the azimuth of the two largest Egyptian pyramids(North – Kafre pyramid apex – Khufu pyramid apex angle) according to Petrie's survey.

So the question is when, where, and by who, were the pyramids originally planned?
