A theory needs to be self consistent and explain more than one thing.
King chamber perimeter derived cubit(Petrie):
Ceiling: 20.6060”
Middle: 20.6128”
Base: 20.6317”
Mean: 20.6168”


Earth fine structure derived royal cubit(my own theory = D x a^2/6^4):
Polar = 20.5663”
Volumetric mean = 20.6125”
Equatorial = 20.6355”

Cole GP base cubit = 20.6124”
Petrie GP base cubit = 20.6109”

Smyth year KC length theory cubit = 20.6285”
The last looks to me like a simple coincidence.
