somebody has....The very same Mendelssohn you cite in your post. The biggest drawback to His (Rooseveldt Road) make work theory..is that it fails to accomodate AE mysticism ie their beliefs fetishes icons and rituals.

At least the OCT cedes that the Pyramids are first and foremost Funerary as well as Royal and inseparable from their Mysticism in nature. The arguments for and against it notwithsatanding.

The mystery to me is why so many people insist that these constructs were not what Egyptology concludes. The only explanation that I can offer is that many people just can't swallow the notion of a focused society, with altruistic rulers working towards the common good. A notion that if carried through to todays global problems would go a long way towards solving them.

Man built the pyramids..not superman.
