Sorry, Jammer. That's not how it really works.
Every minute of every day at every latitude and longitude will yield a different astrological reading.

Astronet has asked me to create a series of articles aimed at the Serious Astrologer who possesses more than just the basic elements of Astrological knowledge. For some of you, that which I write might sometimes be material which you already know. Hopefully, you will appreciate the reminder. For others, I hope the material will be new, fresh, and exciting. In either case, your feedback will be appreciated. It will help me to find the right level for you here at Astronet.
I am writing this article in anticipation that you will be reading it Mid-June, 1997, at about the time of the Summer Solstice, which will occur on June 21, 1997 at 4:20 AM EDT. This is the moment when the Sun enters 00° Cancer, and is a natural impetus for my selection for the first topic, the Cancer Ingress. Twelve times a year, the Sun enters (makes an ingress into) a new sign. A chart erected for each Ingress gives the Serious Astrologer a new predictive tool. Some Ingresses are more potent than others. The Capricorn Ingress, for example, provides predictive insight for an entire year. The Cancer Ingress, though less powerful, is an Ingress to a Cardinal Sign and provides three months' worth of predictive information.
To demonstrate the use of the Cancer Ingress, and to provide an interesting article, I have decided to view this Cancer Ingress as seen at the White House in Washington, D.C. Be assured, that for my own personal use, I am also examining the Ingress as seen at my home in Woodland Hills, California. I suggest that you erect a horoscope for the moment of the Ingress, in your time zone, located in the city where you live. You may also want to erect the chart for the White House, so that you can duplicate the discoveries presented in this article.
Debunk it if you like, but do it for the right reasons. Otherwise, you've accomplished nothing.
