1. You can freely discuss any document that has been published, as it has then been made public.
2. For the purposes of fair review, you can quote portions of the text, with page numbers and publication details.
3. Permission should be sought from the owner of the copyright (presumably Clive Ross) before posting any images (drawings, illustrations) - although I note that you weren't going to do this, anyway.
