I think because it is so easy to find relationships that seem to have meaning but don't. For instance the mass of an electron is approximately 1/1836 that of the proton. What does it mean? Well 18 the first two numbers is exactly half of 36 the second number. Both numbers add up to nine which it 3 times 3 a trinity of trinities. 9x9=81 which equals nine. And so forth and so on.
