Yes. That is rather what everyone's been discussing for the past several years.

Unfortunately, there were
some problems with the account of the discovery of the alleged writing, including remarks attributed to one Egyptian academic who, so it turned out, was not actually present at all in Bosnia at the time when the discovery was supposed to have taken place. There is also plenty of other material on the so-called Bosnian pyramids on
Irna's site (French and English).

All the evidence argues against this (see Irna's site,

Well, I think we can go along with no. 4 ... because there aren't actually any pyramids in Visoko, so therefore these non-existent constructions couldn't have been planned by Illyrians or by anyone else.
