It has been suggested that "mr" from which "pyramid" derives
means "instrument of ascension" or "instrument to ascend". This
is consistent with mountain to some extent.

How the Greeks confused this might be another question.

There is a line in the PT;

2068c. The perfume of an ’I[].t-wt.t-serpent is on N.
2069a. A bnbn-bread is in the house of Seker; a leg of meat is in the house of Anubis.

Ya' just can't make this stuff up but then it doesn't seem nec-
esary anyway since the Egyptians laid it all out in plain English.
