Well more accurately it is 3306.007 leaving a difference of 0.793 or rounded to your specifications 0.8.
What's really interesting is that 0.8 = 4/5ths = 3/4 + 1/20
not 5/8ths
5/8ths = 0.625 = 1/2 + 1/8
Difference= 0.175 = 1/8 + 1/20

Funny how they slapped out that perfect little 45 degree line at
exactly/precisely 2000 cubits length. No error for 2000 cubits but 1.4 inches error for slightly less then 196.5 cubits.
