Go to problem #60 and explain to me how the author calculated the correct answer.

Again....your logic is incorrect...the EMP suggests nothing...it is you who is doing the suggesting after studying and assuming what the text represent. It reminds me of English class years ago when the instructor "told" us what the author was attempting to hide within the story. I despised English literature for that very reason...restricted/limited thinking.
