From Petrie’s data which give z = 638.729 rc (see Legon’s site) it was easy using simple trig(Pythagorean theorem) to compute x = 639.382 rc, and y = 982.138 rc. Thus it turns out that practically x=z. Since these length are important astronomically and can define a common plan, one can think that if G2 was built first and the architects wanted to use these lengths then they could solve the equation stated and by this define the base length of G2. Here is the math(w is the half base of G2 or any square base for that matter):
(z-w)^2 + t^2 = y^2
(z-w)^2 + (t-2w)^2 = x^2
if we want t to go away we get:
(z-w)^2 + [sqrt{y^2-(z-w)^2}-2w]^2 = y^2
after this things get crazy. The fact is though that since I came up with a fourth order equation there are four roots(solutions) to the equation, so knowing approximately where one falls does not preclude that there aren’t other valid roots. One root is surely in the other direction (a negative t). So I did notice your 1:1 ratio but I did not see the 6/pi ratio. By the way your conversion to royal cubits brought up the alpha constant again:
100,000 x a = 729.735
Thus it seems that a lot of other things were taken into account when Giza was planned. They wanted to fit everything in. Since you like working with rotation periods, I had a try in applying the alpha constant methodology(using the sphinx) with Jupiter’s rotation period. This was the outcome:
Jupiter Sidereal orbit period 4,332.589 days =>
Jupiter Sidereal orbit period x a^2 = 4,332.589/137.03599911^2 days = 0,23072 = 23/10^2 = 23/100
Let’s go one again to Kafre’s valley temple layout. The T (Greek: Trohia, English: Trajectory) shaped room has 23 statues of Gods and Goddesses. You are led to this room using two (2) entrances. Also in this room there are 16 columns – 6 on the horizontal part of the T shape and 10 in the vertical part(2x5=10). Why do we have 6 and 10 columns? Well 6x10 = 60 and one hour that we used is equal to 60 minutes and one minute is 60 seconds. Also the 10 number points to the Jupiter day which is 10 yours in length.
