Indeed I draw inspiration from Clive and his work on 1.23456789 is ... well NEAT !
and Mars-Earth in the ratio 1.881 is also pretty neat .... [365.24 x 1.881 = 687.01644 extremely close if not quite exactly equal to 686.98 ... ]
However this is where 199.018018 came from (and yes I did work it backwards trying to find something closer than 123/76]
0.81 = 1/1.234567901234567901234567901234678901234567890123...
