I don't think we should lose sight of the fact that most of the results from Scans 1.0 have not even been released yet. Not even Egyptologists have been allowed to see the huge amount of infrared data or the data from the boroscope that was apparently inserted into the thermal anomaly without even being announced. This data besides being enormous in scope has already disproven some construction techniques such as internal ramps.
Nobody is going to solve how these were built until there is data and we're not going to understand the builders before we understand what they did. Working backward from understanding the builders has not worked as proven by the inability of Egyptology to make prediction or explain facts in evidence.
