Let's say someone stations himself at the Great Pyramid on the day I was born and he waits so that the apparent altitude of the Sun is exactly 45 degrees equaling the slope of the South King Chamber air-shaft.
He then moves to the place I was born in Athens and measures the apparent altitude of the Sun. He find it(Stellarium data) 39.141 degrees. Gantenbrink measures the mean North Queen Chamber shafts slope at 39.124 degrees.
Now let's move back to Giza and find the exact year that the star Alnilam reaches at upper culmination an apparent altitude of exactly 45 degrees. This year is 2557 BC. At the same day we have chosen for this year we find the upper culmination altitude of Sirius to be 39.168 degrees. This angle is thus similar to that for the movement of the Sun between Giza to Athens the day I was born.
Now here is another piece of information. According to Maragioglio and Rinaldi(Giza pyramid altitude above sea level data), Gantenbrink shaft data, and Google Earth altitude data, the altitude above seal level of the end of the Queen Chamber air-shafts(see blocking stones and "rooms") is identical to that of the place I was born. This could explain why they do not reach the external faces of the pyramid.
