It can be furthur considered that from a central viewing position relative to the Sphinx, G1 takes up 32* of line of vision, with the centre line of this through the apex of course at 320*, relevent to the maximum given setting position for Arcturus, when rising at 40*.


Either side, in alignment to the corners would have been seen Arcturus and Spica in pre-setting positions, ie still elevated above the horizon, this triangulation in effect bisecting the conceptual relationship.
