Cole and Petrie are in close agreement.

If there is a more recent official survey, then I have yet to read of it.
AFAIK, Cole is the standard reference for the size and orientation of the Pyramid's base.
For the Pyramid's interior dimensions Flinders Petrie and Piazzi Smyth (where Petrie defers to him) are overall the most reliable sources.

I have yet to see a copy of Maragioglio's and Rinaldi's work so cannot comment on it.
