I am convinced that many people intentionally wish to 'notice' so-called 'intended' 'ratio's' in the pyramids, simply because these monuments do impress us so much. But all the 'geometrical peculiarities' logically are the natural consequence of the structures being pyramids with, especially in the case of Khufu's', multiple internal sub-structures. In other words, many special features we like to see are the result of logical coïncidence.
My personal view is that the Ancient Egyptians only wanted to visualize the primordial mound and to do so, the most logical and appropriate shape of course is the pyramid. There was no intention to visualize no matter what geometry, only the intention to visualize part of their cosmology.
