So you would completely rule out numbers, arithmetic, geometry and measurement from any aid to revivification. We have already seen how Khufu summoned up the magic of Thoth. Khufu climbed the rungs of the ladder and I doubt very much if our idea of what constitutes a ladder has much bearing on the case. The framework of AE culture you cling to is hazy by any standard.
