Fascinating! Though you gave little information regarding your research I do understand your theory. I am delighted and find it refreshing that others besides myself conduct research in this area. I was able to achieved similar results for the royal cubit using the Suns dimensions, the rotational rate of the Earth and the AE’s Sothic calendar.

I would say which ever works better. My research regarding the royal cubit is strongly indicative of the sun being the source of the shadows.

Are you equating the cubit to the yard, foot and inch or was that just the method of translation?
