Aside from pointing out that in two of the photographs this grill door has the appearance of being touched-up (a subjective issue, at best), what is your concern about this particular object?
From your posts so far I gain the puzzling impression that you somehow doubt that this door existed.
As for a quote, the best I can do is refer you to volume one of John and Morton Edgar's
The Great Pyramid Passages and Chambers Glasgow 1923 (I didn't think to note the page number when I read it yesterday).
A search through Gaston Malpero's numerous works may throw up a confirmation of John Edgar's statement.
