I think the correlation between yeast, gas (fermentation) and pyramid construction may end with giving the workers plenty of beer because they were busting hump dragging blocks.
We have discussed your references to lifting via water pressure and asked you to discuss;
1) How was this pressure contained?
2) How was it regulated?
3) What archaeology can you point to that supports this level of knowledge of hydrology?
As far as I know you have yet to address any of these questions? I am an amateur historian but a damn good engineer and I believe you are off base here by multiple millennia.
