Then you stop there. YOu can't add more to it unless you know your premise is true.

No, it is an illogical jump to unsupported conclusions.

The proper argument would read as follows:

"Because of surviving textual references that show the Egyptians were aware of the concept of the 3-4-5 triangle, we can now speculate about why they might have intentionally incorporated this design element into their structures."

This is the most frequent mistake I see in "alternative history" books and papers. They start with an unevidenced (although infrequently plausible) speculation, and then proceed from that speculation as if it were actually an established fact. You cannot proceed from a speculation AS IF it were fact!

I'll give another example here that shows how far away from reality one can get. This is from Stephen Tonkin's site, wwww.astunit.com:

Quote

'The story goes that when Bradford looked into the box, he found a hideous, mummified human head. Could this be possible? It is interesting to ask whose head it might have been, assuming there was a head. Might this have been the infamous head of the Marquis de Sade, about which so much has been written and so many rumors seem to have spread throughout the occult community over the centuries? Who can say, at this late date?'

There's no establishment of fact that the head ever existed. What is the point of speculating about whose head it might have been?

In the same way, there's no establishment of fact that the Dynasty IV Egyptians were familiar with the 3-4-5 Triangle, so what is the point of speculating even further about how they might have "encoded" that knowledge in a king's burial chamber?
