Overall height - 200 cubits

If we extend the upper part down to the level of the base we get a pyramid with a base of 428 4/7 cubits (3000 palms).

The 10:7 slope does not conform to a regular (horizontal) seked, and there is no reason why the builders should have been confined to the regular seked.
