And this evidence is? Sounds to me more like yet another excuse to avoid having to take responsibility for one's own actions.

Clue #1: Most of us, flying in exactly the same environment, do *not* get air rage.

Clue #2. As SCUBA divers (should) know, symptoms of hypoxia include euphoria and loss of motor skills.

Nonsense. What the NHS gets from excise duty on tobacco is not nearly as much as it costs it to treat the diseases that result from smoking the foul stuff.
