I can't help but wonder if a bit of reverse psychology wouldn't shame them into reversing their decision....

Such as lots of emails & letters PRAISING their decision, in a clearly fanatically intolerant born again christian ignoramus sort of way..... with plenty of misspellings!

.....& Offering ADDITIONAL suggestions to take them further down the same road... like ONLY allowing two animals of any species in the zoo. And removing any animals that might (by virtue of similarities, etc) raise thoughts of evolution & natural selection in people's minds. Getting rid of all species from the Galapagos. Or all species NOT mentioned in the bible!

.....And removing ALL mention of evolutionary processes.... like selective adaptations.... from the displays. And posting relevant bible texts ALL over the zoo (any verses where animals are mentioned, or where some moral judgement can be misapplied to an animal's actions).

BTW: Hopefully, this is not considered insulting by any christians here on the board, and is not interpreted as a critique of christianity itself..... I'm aiming it at CREATIONISTS in specific, or at most at the lunatic fringe of christianity (eh, you'll find this type in ANY religion).
