Mental frustration is a very interesting natural reaction that can be easily triggered...
Masters learn how to deal with that mental state in many different ways. Some of those ways are through meditation and relaxation...
I find it that the best way to deal with it is to fully process that energy and then to try to learn from it, but I will never retain it as negative energy in any circumstance...
As such, action/reaction can also be done in a civilized manner...and learning can still be achieved even when there is some tension involved...
After all, if there was no "tension" there would be no force in there to start with!
