Yes well those who think it appeared "pooof out of thin air" are even worse than those who think the universe appeared "pooof out of thin air"
But what about those that can't cope with the idea that the modern theory of evolution is based around a 'fitness landscape' where things like multicelular organisms and eyes are as good as inevitable ?
And what about those who can't cope with the idea that the formation of "ever more complex
chains of molecules" was something bound to happen with the way the universe is ? So much so that it started happening on the one planet we know about that could support it as soon as it was cool enough to support it.
And so on and so on and ariston....
