Yes, Hermione, that's Jacquez's Skinwalker Kachina. He has done a second one showing a skinwalker startling a Navajo man riding a horse as well. I don't know if I could find the link to that one though but I'll give it a shot later. Navajo created skinwalker art is VERY rare so these kind of works are significant.
