lol, Actually, doesn't sound much different than our town. We have alot of chinese restaurants as well. The population here is about 60-70% Native American. Go figure but I know my inlaws love chinese food. We have had a recent restaurant explosion in the area over the past couple years. We have a mid-east/mediterranean restaurant, a greek restaurant, a couple of family owned italian restaurants, a phillipine cuisine restaurant, a number of mexican restaurants (not surprising), and several delis/cafes. Opening a restaurant has been a bit of a craze around the area, especially if the person can cook something interesting. When I moved out here, it was just the chinese restaurants and a new italian cafe opened.

I might have to start a thread on the restaurants out here because there is something very unique about them. You'll drool, Katherine! lol
