ah right... I wonder what will happen to places like guest houses, holiday caravans/chalets etc. that have TVs (usually 8 billion-year old portables..lol) when the owners have to fork out for these digiboxes for each set? What if a guest house has 10 rooms? That's 10 digiboxes that the owners will no doubt pass the cost of on to their guests.
