Funny, and here I thought the sacrifice of our soldiers' lives in Iraq had something to do with security or some nasty weapons. Strange how motives seem to change.

While I certainly do not want to belittle this tribute or the sacrifices made by soldiers everywhere, I find it insulting to in any way compare or place in parallel WWI, WWII and the last war in Iraq, and humbly submit that this thread should be moved off Ancient History and Archaeology.
