It will give you a list of files it has found and you can decide which ones, if any, you want deleted.
I just kocked out 101.6 Mb of trash, mostly temp files and .gifs from ads on sites everyone here visited. IT also gave me a list of .zip files and I actually thought it was going to remove these, but instead it simply scanned them since they are still here.
If not sure just set a systsem restore point right before you run it and one right after you run it.
If you have any problems then restore your system to the
pre-run restore point. The restore point after the run is in case later you need to restore your system and you don't want to restore it to a point that has all the junk that you have removed already.
