Jayalalitha added an extra 'a' to her name so it is Jayalalithaa. I suspect it was done more numerology.

As to sexual orientation, it makes no difference to me. However, I think she uses the 'female companion' bit as part of her persona to let people know that she isn't bound by their standards of morality.

I've known businessmen who have been completely entranced by her and consider her a far better administrator than Chandrababbu. In her day, she was perhaps much more beautiful than Ash.
