She ranks high on the physical looks scale. Now would need to know on the smarts, personable scales to get a better overall rating. To me it is hard to actually rank someone only on a pic.

I have known 9.8 on looks who are arrogant idiots who wind up being more like a 2 overall. A buddy of mine has the heart and looks but average on the smarts but makes up for it with enthusiasm for learning which has the women, back home, constantly asking him if he is married, or happily married. He is so humble that he gets embarrassed about it! This would put him between a 8.5-9.5 range on the scale back home not sure about anywhere else though! LOL!
