I need to shorten lined jacket sleeves and don't want to spend the money on a tailor. I also don't want to take the whole jacket apart...If I cut the sleeves and shorten the lining and the outer sleeve separately, will the lining hang right? Can I do as if it were lined pants and maybe just tack the lining to inside of the sleeve? I don't want the lining moving around inside the sleeve...Does anyone have any experience with this?
