My dad makes an awesome Texas chili, homemade.. rather hot though.

I don't have the recipe, but I do know how to make an amazing ceviche...
the best stuff I ever ate when I was fond of making unusual dishes. I
also have an incomparable recipe for sweet n sour pork and fried rice,
better than anything I ever ate in a restaurant anywhere anytime.

Ah food.. I so miss it now that I'm all healthy and stuff.
